Meet Our President
Rev. Dr. T. Welcome Miller Jr. serves the body of Christ as a Senior Pastor of Merriweather Global Ministries - Tabernacle of Praise Church with more than 28+ years of Pastoring Experience and attended Bishop College until it closed in 1988. He graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies in May 1992, He also attended Dallas Theological Seminary (Master’s Program) 1993-1994 and graduated with a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Merriweather Bible Institute in September of 2022 and received a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Biblical Studies from Merriweather Bible Institute in January 2023.
Pastor Troy is a Preacher, Educator, Author, and President of Unified International Convention Online and 20 Online Ministry Campuses that offer free resources to ministries worldwide.
Dr. Miller is a Radio Talk Show Host with iHeart Radio, Spotify, Google Podcast, President of Global Expansion of LV Network on Roku, FireTV, AppleTV, and Cross TV, and Tunein which airs 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Rev. Dr. T. Welcome Miller Jr. is married to Dr. Tonya Merriweather Gipson Miller. He is also a father and Grandfather who travels locally, nationally, and internationally preaching, teaching, and ministering a message of hope (salvation), wholeness, deliverance, and encouraging the people of God.

It is with immense gratitude and godly excitement that I welcome you to the 3rd Annual Unified International Convention Online, happening Friday, September 26, 2025. This is not just another virtual gathering—this is a divine appointment, a sacred moment carved out by God for refreshing, realignment, and release.
We are living in a time when the Church must rise not just in power, but in unity. The world needs to see a people who are not only gifted, but grounded; not just anointed, but aligned; not only called, but connected. That’s what UICO represents—a global body coming together with one heartbeat, one Spirit, and one mission: to advance the Kingdom of God by empowering leaders, strengthening ministries, and igniting purpose across every generation.
This year’s convention is themed “United in Purpose, Advancing in Ministry,” and it is more than a slogan—it is our collective mandate. We are gathering not just to be inspired, but to be ignited. I believe God is going to speak clearly, move powerfully, and equip strategically through this night of preaching, worship, and impartation. And because it’s free and accessible to all, we eliminate the barriers and extend a global invitation to every hungry heart.
